Characteristics and use
With three-dimensional barrier structure and excellent dispersion ability, it can shorten the dispersion time of pigment
It can provide excellent clarity, glossiness, color spreading and masking power of the film
It has good dispersion and anti-flocculation effect
application area
Suitable for most organic pigments
Suitable for low and medium polarity systems: alkyd/amine resin, acrylic/amine resin, acrylic polyurethane coating
Addition amount and use method
Add 40-120% organic pigment
Because the surface characteristics and oil absorption of pigments are different, and the compatibility of dispersants in various paint systems may also change. It is recommended that customers do a series of tests on different amounts of pigments to obtain good results
Storage
Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources
The storage environment is 0-40 ℃
When the temperature is lower than 8 ℃, the appearance may be turbid or separated. Please separate the water and heat it to a clear state. Stir it evenly before use
If the container is not used completely after opening, it should be completely sealed to prevent moisture from entering
