Storage conditions

l The kit shall be stored at [2-8 ℃]. Expiry date: 12 months

l The opened Microelisa Stripplate can be stored at [2-8 ℃] and avoid damp. Use for at least 2 months.

The test kit is detecting for the quantitative analysis of Melamine in milk powder, milk, tissue, feed, egg, serum.

The Melamine (Mel) ELISA Test Kit is using indirect competitive enzyme immunoassay method.

The Melamine coupling antigen has been coated in the plate wells. During the detection, add Standards or samples to the well, MEL of samples will compete with coated MEL coupling antigen to combine with anti Mel antibody, after adding antibody working solution, Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP), take coloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with MEL residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the MEL residues in sample.
