The tubular silicon carbide insert high-temperature heat exchanger has a compact structure and a large heat exchange area per unit volume. It is compressed by an internal spring to absorb thermal expansion. When the flue gas temperature is 1300°C, the air preheating temperature can reach 600°C or more. The interface part of the heat exchanger adopts corresponding technology to reduce vibration and strengthen sealing to reduce air leakage. The silicon carbide heat exchanger is composed of a number of air passages with a square cross-section and a rectangular flue gas passage cross-section of silicon carbide tubes glued together in a crisscross pattern.
