Description
The rail pad, also known as the bottom plate, is an elastic polyurethane pad assembled between the rails and sleeper to protect the top of the sleeper from wear and impact. The initial stiffness of the rail pad is not so high that the deformation of the rails under the load of the spring is very large. This mechanism ensures that the rail pad moves as close as possible to realize close contact with the track.
As a professional manufacturer of rail fasteners, Kunshan Alex is able to produce rail pads of various rail pads, such as UIC54, UIC60, BS80lbs, BS100lbs, and so on. In addition, we can offer custom-made track pads according to drawings or samples.
Rail pads for ZBR rail fastening systems
Nowadays, the most common types of rail fastenings on the weldless track in the CIS countries are ZBR-65 and ARS-4, and the most promising for difficult operating conditions is ZBR-65PShM.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A:We are manufacturer and trader, company located in Kunshan ,Jiangsu Province, China, about 2 hours take taxi from Shanghai airport.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A:Yes, we offer sample for approval before each order.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit by T/T , balance against B/L copy, Payment term is negotiable based on different order products and quantity.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 20-30 working days after receiving deposit or the original L/C. Could be re-schedule under really urgent case.
