Plastic chemical corrosion resistant lab exhaust fans
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The MPCF-F series of Plastic chemical corrosion resistant lab exhaust fans is designed for conveying smokes, corrosive vapours and humid smokes with temperature of max 50°C.
2 models (Φ200, Φ250) with centrifugal forward curved blades and technical and mechanical characteristics that grant a long lasting operation, lower noise and higher efficiency. When its lifetime is over, it is easy to handle, being made of recyclable plastic material.
CONSTRUCTION
• Volute, made of Polyethylene (PE).
• Single inlet centrifgual impeller, made of Polypropylene (PP),
with backward curved blades and aluminium hub (protected from the fluid).
• Motor support in epoxy painted steel sheet.
• Asynchronous three-phase or single-phase, Explosion proof and Variable frequency motors are customized too.
motors according to international standards with CE and RoHS certificates, IP 54, class B, B5 shape. Suitable to continuous working to constant load.
