351 high quality and economic sink belt sanding drawing machine
This equipment is a sand belt drawing machine, the platform is light weight bearing, cylindrical linear guide rail, with dustproof slider, the maximum load is about 75kg. The platform can be lifted up and down, for electric one-key lifting, lifting for chain type, motor with reducer pull. The platform moves back and forth in manual push-pull mode, with pneumatic locking function. Auxiliary wire drawing makes the effect more controllable.
Function features: The sand belt is pressed down to the surface of the product by manual control, whether to press down and the pressure level are manually pressed with the sand belt, grinding, flexible use to adapt to a wide range. The speed of the sand belt is adjustable, it is 380V inverter, which is digital display and adjustable by knob, simple and intuitive. The variable speed function of the sand belt is to adapt to different metal materials, material thickness and special circumstances of the surface, with different softness and hardness of the sand belt consumables, flexible fine-tuning speed to match, in order to achieve the best effect.
Reminder of use of sand belt function: The speed of sand belt is fast, the pressure force is large, the cutting speed is fast, which is conducive to the welding scar grinding. Warm tip: When the speed is fast and the pressure is large, the grinding surface will have high temperature phenomenon. For example: stainless steel in the surface drawing temperature continues to be too high, the surface will be yellow and black. When the plate thickness is thin, it will also cause surface deformation due to high temperature. Please flexibly apply it as required.
Suggestions for using the sand belt: By replacing the sand belt with different thickness, soft and hard, the coarse or fine silk effect can be achieved. Using the sand belt between 40 and 120 mesh, welding scar grinding and wire drawing can be achieved. Specific grain effect can be tried to replace different supplies, such as: emery cloth belt or nylon belt. With nylon belt, can play the role of drawing and polishing. Note: The sand belt used must be cloth base, not paper sand.
Warm tip: Drawing process, is the need to be layered over and over again, many times to achieve the best processing.
