Technical realization:

2. The welding gun moves by the screw rod, the line is accurate and stable, and the speed is fast and efficient.
3. The mold part is the biggest highlight of the product. This model is a T-shaped self-positioning functional mold, which has applied for a patent.
4. The mold is designed to avoid the air in all directions, and the bottom edge of the box-shaped product is specially welded at a right angle of 90 degrees; or other products are welded at a right angle.
5. The appearance is new and simple, easy to maintain, and the inner weld can be controlled to be bright white and not yellow when burning stainless steel at right angles.
6. The overall operation is simple and user-friendly, and workers are easy to learn.
