The DAC55 steel is modified from the DAC (SKD61).
The advantages of DAC are retained, and better heat - resistant crack property is obtained. DAC55 steel has good toughness, ductility and cracking resistance. The chromium element which can improve the fatigue resistance and toughness of the die is added. Suitable for large, complex structure, precision, long life requirements of die casting die, high performance die casting die, extrusion die, etc.
DAC55 die steel die characteristics:
