Features:

Good processability.
Features:
1. Reduce the injection pressure, reduce the molding and holding time.
2. Reduce and eliminate the internal stress of molded parts to prevent the deformation and warping of products.
3. Plastic parts with skin lines on the surface, due to the bright skin lines generated by high temperature and high pressure, can solve the problem of requiring a matte surface.
4. Due to the close cooperation of the parting surface of the mold, the difficulty of opening the mold can be solved. It solves many problems that ejector pins, inserts, etc. can't provide enough surface area to accommodate a large amount of gas that may be generated, and avoids flash and other defects caused by parting surface or other exhaust systems.
5. It can solve and alleviate the difficult molding problems such as gate deviation, uneven wall thickness, thin wall products, etc.
6. The defects such as burning, flow marks, lack of materials and deformation of parts caused by suction caused by the gas generated by the high temperature of the molding material and the rapid pressure accumulation in the mold cavity can be fully solved. 7. Improve molding production efficiency and save production cost.
