1、 Product Overview
DYDF-850 portable DC grounding tester is a new generation of DC grounding fault tester. It can be applied to any voltage level DC system, equipped with high-precision detection clamp, which greatly improves the detection range and anti-interference capability through efficient processing of multiple signals; Excellent algorithm and advanced fuzzy control calculation theory are used to express the superiority of the detected insulation branch in numerical form, which fully reflects the superiority of artificial intelligence; For the determination of the position of the grounding point, they have accurate judgment, and each detection can point out the position and direction of the grounding point.
The device takes the system safety as the primary premise, according to the highest requirements of the industry standard, detects in a reliable low-frequency signal way, and has carried out a large number of practical applications on the site, without any impact on the system.
The DC system of power plants and substations provides power for control, protection, signal and automatic devices. The safe and continuous operation of the DC system is of great importance to ensure power generation and supply. As the DC system is an ungrounded floating system, if two points are grounded, the above devices may misoperate and refuse to operate, resulting in serious accidents. Therefore, in case of one point grounding, the grounding point should be detected accurately and quickly while ensuring the normal power supply of the DC system to eliminate the grounding fault, so as to avoid the possible harm caused by two-point grounding.
DYDF-850 portable DC grounding detector is used to find the accurate position of the DC system grounding point of power plants and substations under the condition of no power supply. All types of grounding faults can be quickly found out, with an accuracy rate of 100%.
Compared with similar instruments at home and abroad, this instrument has the following advantages:
1. Easy to use. The instrument can be directly used by turning on the power switch without any other key operation.
2. Safe and reliable. This instrument does not need to stop the floating charger and all other power supplies, and has no impact on the DC system.

6. The DC system will not affect the normal operation of the system without power supply to find the grounding point.
