Performance:
PENORL® PN-2521 is rubber reinforcing resin.
PENORL® PN-2521 is tall oil modified thermoplastic phenolic reinforcing resin.
Application:
PENORL® PN-2521 is reinforcing agent for NR and SR.
PENORL® PN-2521 resin is used together with methylene donator as a high-efficiency reinforcing resin, it can improve the hardness, tear resistance, wear resistance, strength and constant elongation of the rubber material, and slightly reduce the elongation of the rubber material, prolong the burning time, and reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber material.
To obtain the ideal reinforcing effect. Hexamethylenetetramine (HMT), which is about 8% relative to the content of PN-2521, should be added as methylene donor for cross-linking reaction.
Packing and Storage:
1. It is packed in Kraft paper bags lined with plastic film, net weight is 25kg/bag.
2. It should be stored in a cool, dry warehouse.
3. The shelf life is 12 months.
