Products Description
Perfect Breathable Membrane is a triple layer fabric, high performance breather membrane, made from high tensile spun bonded polypropylene layers, around a microporous polypropylene film. Designed for use in a fully supported or unsupported tiled, slated or metal roofsystem. The high vapour permeability and waterproof nature of the membrane combined with excellent tensile/tear strength and high wind uplift resistance make the professional's choice as the ultimate breather membrane. It is equally suitable whether draped unsupported over rafters, laid directly over insulation or sarking boards. The outer layer forms the functional waterproof surface, the middle layer is the breathable waterproof membrane, and the inner layer protects the membrane from abrasion and damage, also giving additional strength. This enables the fabric to allow moisture vapour to pass through, whilst remaining fully waterproof. Available in 1.0m and 1.5m widths as standard to conform easily to any typical roof configuration or the individual working practices of the installer.

* Very good ageing behaviour - the membrane has long lasting life, this material was tested for longest possible period of time in a special laboratory tool for ageing behavior and pass it with great condition
* oil resistance - the craftsman can use chain saw, no risk for damages
* wood preservation resistance - wood preservation does not make damage on this membrane
* resin resistance - don not have to be worry of the wood
* compatibility with bitumen - can be connected to bitumen membranes at wall construction
* 100% air tightness - the energy loss is very low through the membrane - no air flow
* High Flexibility at low temperature - can be work with this membrane on very low temperature, - 40 C°
* High Mechanical Properties with polyester reinforcement grid - the reinforced products has low weight but high mechanical properties
* Weldable - it is welded by hot air and do not need overlap tape
