Product Description
1. Before mixing: first of all, mix An and B components and stir well in all kinds of packaging.
(because the density of the filling adhesive is large, in the process of storage and transportation, the high specific gravity
material will sink to the bottom, resulting in thinning and thickening above and below, affecting the curing of the glue.)
2. Mixing ratio: mix AB components according to the ratio of weight to weight.
(because the density of AB component glue is different, the volume ratio is easy to cause glue not to solidify)
3. Mixing and stirring: stir fully and evenly.
Mixing tool: choose circular container to stir, do not use irregular shape, uneven, square container, recommend the use of paper
cup; mixing rod should not be too fine, it is recommended to use chopsticks and other thicker mixing rod.
Mixing method: the bottom of the container needs to be stirred around until the colors of the AB components blend together.
4. Defoaming treatment: set the mixed mixing container for 510 minutes, drain bubbles naturally or use vacuum defoaming machine,
and defoaming in 0.8Mpa environment for at least 5 minutes.
5. Sealing: the mixed glue will be poured into the product as soon as possible, so as not to increase the viscosity of the colloid
over time.
6. Curing time: the curing time can be cured naturally at room temperature; if you need to speed up the curing speed, you can
increase the ambient temperature, the higher the temperature, the faster the curing speed!
