Loctite metal magic glue stick 98853 with pressure plugging steel rod 113.4g
The metal magic glue stick is a stick-shaped epoxy glue filled with steel powder. After kneading by hand, it can be filled into
the gaps or holes to plug the leakage. The applicable time is 3 minutes, and the initial curing time is 10 minutes. After curing
it can be drilled, tapped and painted. It is suitable for emergency sealing repair of water tank and pipeline leakage, and can be
used for plugging leakage under the condition that the pressure of steel materials is lower than 0.3MPa. Capable of filling welds;
repairing small cracks in castings. Fill in oversized bolt holes. Products comply with NSF61 standards.
It is a steel reinforced repair agent, which can fill and bond leaks, cracks, blisters, defects, fractures, damages, etc. on
containers, pipes and some parts of steel, iron, aluminum and other metal materials. In addition, it can quickly make, copy parts,
models, templates, repair peeling threads, fix bolts after firming, seal and other various forms of installation and fixation.
Mainly used for repairing cast iron and stainless steel parts, repairing casting defects, filling cracks and holes. Making nuts,
screws, repairing worn threads; used for repair of metal equipment, tools, pipes, appliances and car bodies; no shrinkage after
curing, never rust; after curing, the color is gray with metallic luster.
Before use, it is necessary to clean up floating rust, dust, oil stains and other floating objects around the place to be
repaired. Take out the colloid in the plastic tube, cut out the required amount, and fully knead the two different colors of the
colloid inner core and outer skin into one color by hand (about 1-2 minutes) until it is uniform. Press it firmly into the repair
and squeeze it into holes and cracks as much as possible. The mixed adhesive will react quickly. After 3 to 5 minutes, the colloid
will start to heat up and solidify, and it will be very hard after 10 to 20 minutes. The glue-like form before curing makes it not
dripping or flowing during use, and it is very convenient to use. For use in cold areas in winter, the colloid and the surface to
be repaired should be properly heated to room temperature or slightly higher.
