Aluminum profile/Extrusion Price is one of the basic products. We are capable to design and extrude aluminium extrusion profiles with diameters up to 200mm. The most common alloys are 6061, 6063, etc. We accept different surface treatments like anodizing, Powder Coating, Polish, Brush, etc. Both standard and customized aluminium extrusions are available.
Different alloys have different properties, and the selection of alloys is important for aluminium extrusion profile.
1000 series for Aluminium Profile: This non-heat treatable aluminum alloy series is available in extruded sections with a minimum purity of 99.0% aluminum for 1100 alloy and as high as 99.6% minimum aluminum for 1060 alloy. They offer the best corrosion resistance of any alloy group and display excellent forming, welding, brazing, and finishing characteristics. These alloys can be extruded as profiles, rods, bars, and tubing. Typical alloys are as follows: 1050, 1060, 1350, 1100
6005 alloy for Aluminium Profile: A medium-strength alloy that is similar to alloy 6061 except it contains a higher amount of silicon. It is used in designs that require moderate strength but are generally not recommended for applications where the structure may be susceptible to impact or overloading.
6061 alloy for Aluminium Profile: it is one of the most widely used alloys in the 6000 series, popular for medium to high strength requirements, and has good toughness characteristics. It is suggested for standard and custom, solid and hollow shapes, rod and bar products, and seamless and structural pipe and tube. It has good corrosion resistance and offers good finishing characteristics and responds well to anodizing. however, where cosmetic appearance is critical, consider the use of alloy 6063.
6063 alloy for Aluminium Profile: One of the most popular alloys in the 6000 series, provides good extrudability and a high-quality surface finish. Used in standard architectural shapes, custom solid shapes, and heatsinks, as well as seamless and structural tube and pipe. It provides good resistance to general corrosion and offers excellent response for anodizing in its T5 temper.
Packaging and shipping for aluminum profile
After the production process, Aluminum Extrusion Profile will come into the aluminum packing process. Our Packing staff will study different designs and figure out the quantity and the way to be packed in one bundle, thus the proper way will be chosen to avoid heavy weight and to protect the aluminum extrusion profile. Generally, two ways of packing are available: one is in brown paper and another is in shrinking film. Firstly, the pearl film will be wrapped on the surface and angle of the aluminum extrusion profile to avoid any scratch between them, then bonded by a small film strip will be placed middle and end of the aluminum extrusion profile. Lately, brown paper or shrinking film will be chosen.
At your option to cover the aluminium extrusion profile. A small tag standard for the certificate of birth will state the code number, length, surface treatment, production date, etc. Brown paper is a workable means to mostly protect the aluminium extrusion profile at a lower cost comparatively. Our brown paper is in three layers, thick enough to resist rough handling. It is extremely suitable for long-distance transportation. The Shrinking film is light in weight, and the thickness counts from 8cto to 12c which is your option. They are usually used for short distant transportation, more ever, it has the overwhelming advantage of convenience for sales in the supermarket, vision to catch.
Our service for aluminum profile
In order to provide a professional service and accurate product to our customers, we usually offer the following process to finalize any order for aluminium extrusion profile:
1. Production possibility confirmation: Detailed drawings or samples as well as the dimension requirement of the specific aluminium extrusion profile are expected to be provided to our engineering department for the confirmation of the production possibility or any difficulty in design or surface treatment.
2. New drawings will be provided to customers for confirmation with detailed information in about 3-7 days, subject to the number of dies
3. Color sample should be confirmed by both seller and buyer to avoid any misunderstanding before placing any real orders
4. Samples of this specific aluminium extrusion profile will be ready as soon as the die charge is paid(which will be returned in the future), in about 15-20 days.
5. After the sample is confirmed, massive production could be started
The types of Standard Aluminum Extruded Sections on offer include;
Round bar, Square Bar, Hexagonal Bar, Flat Bar, Channel, and Angle sections. Traditionally Flat bar, Angle, and Channel are stocked in Alloy 6063 T6, whereas Round, Square, and Hex bar are most commonly available in Alloys 6061 T6 and 6082 T6 as these alloys are known for their excellent machining properties. Euro Steel can offer other alloys and Tempers on request.
Not all profiles are required to be the tube. Whether it is a seamless extruded hollow profile or a porthole extruded profile tube, in Unna we have a multitude of possibilities.
Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some special profiles, we may have the possibility to enhance the production tolerances by adding a drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tubes, seamless square or rectangular tubes in high-strength alloys can be produced.
