The Working Procedure of Noodle Production Line
1.Mix Flour and water to floccule in proportion to 1:0.3, if need, can also add other ingredients;
2.Put the flour into feeding inlet of udon noodle making machine, press it by turning the rollers to dough wrapper;
3.Take advantage of cutter, cut the dough wrapper to noodles;
4.Move the noodles to hanging frame;
