Product Description
Introduction:
The fermentation tank is made of austenitic stainless steel, and the cooling jacket is in the form of a honeycomb jacket. There are jackets on both the tank body and the cone bottom, which can effectively improve the cooling rate. Different proportions of jacket heat exchange can be set according to the customer's process requirements, the bottom is a small cone bottom of 60°, which is designed for fermentation and improvement of beer and reproduction of yeast; PU insulation is adopted for insulation, which can work outdoors and save plant costs. The outer skin is made of fully welded stainless steel, manhole, CIP system, thermometer interface, sampling port and other components.
