This Automatic Travel Head Cutting Machine is mainly suitable for die cutting single or multiple layers of nonmetal rolled materials by die cutter. It is widly used in many industries, such as:

Features of Automatic Travel Head Cutting Machine
1.These cutting machines are suitable for continuous cutting operation of nonmetal materials. The finished materials are widely used for such products as shoes, sports materials, car interior materials and medical supplies.
2. Servo motor makes accurate feeding possible and controls horizontal movement and rotation of the cutting head. Multilayers of materials can be clamped by the cylinder for stepping feeding. Other feeding methods are also available on request.
3. The distance of cutting head and feeding length can be accurately set, which has solved the problem of inaccurate feeding and layering length of multilayer materials.
4. The machine has various working modes such as inching, manual and automatic etc. The workers need only to pick up the products, with labor intensity reduced and work efficiency enhanced.
5. Special hydraulic system makes low noise possible and saves oil. High quality and imported oil pump and other parts are available on request.
6. As the machine is controlled by.PLC with high automation degree, only one worker is required for the whole machine,so that the production efficiency can be enhanced for 3-5 times and the power can be almost 1/3 saved.
7. Cutting board micro-movement device is adopted to prolong the service life of the cutting board.
8. Products of special specifications can be customized.
