Leather Laminating Machine for Shoe Making Machine
Key Features:
- The material feeding roller is driven by air cylinder, realizing more rapid, convenient and precise process.
- There is a glue scraping blade to scrape the glue evenly onto fabric and the unique glue channel design facilitates the cleaning of the glue after lamination.
- High quality heat resistant net belt press the two layers of fabrics closely against the drying roller, improving the drying and bonding effect. The laminated product is soft, water washable, firm and flat.
- Automatic infrared centering control unit effectively prevents the net belt deviation and prolongs the net belt service lifespan.
- Special antirust Teflon paper protects the laminated material when the temperature of the heating drying roller is very high and no glue will stick to the drying roller. After a period of time, the user need just to change the Teflon paper rather than the drying roller. This is economical.
- All the heating pipes in the drying roller are made of stainless steel and the temperature of the heating drying roller can be as high as 160 celcius degree, and even 200 celcius degree. There are usually two sets of heating system in the drying roller. The heating will automatically change from one set to two sets. It is safe and energy saving.
- Counting device and rewinding device are installed on the machine.
- It is simple to maintain the machine and the maintenance cost is low.

4. How can I trust your quality?
- We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.
- We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.
- At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.
- We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.
- Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.
5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
Pls do not worry! Almost 50% of our overseas customers were in the same situation when buying first of our machines. We have skillful and experienced follow up service staff who have worked out a whole package of solutions catering to the need of our customers like you.
