PU Conveyor Rollers Description
The rubber roller is generally composed of an outer rubber, hard rubber layer, metalcore, roll neck, and vent hole. Its processing includes roller core sandblasting, bonding treatment, gluing molding, cloth wrapping, iron wire winding, vulcanization of vulcanization tank, and surface processing. Rubber rollers are mainly used in papermaking, printing and dyeing, printing, grain processing, metallurgy, plastic processing, and so on.
Rubber rollers are used in drawing, roving, and spinning frames in the cotton spinning industry.
