Technical Solution.

2. High-pressure painting without air, fuel heating has been adopted in Post Production Equipment.

3. Complex Pressing technics have been adopted in Front Equipment, which saves 3～4% steel materials for each 55 Gallon steel drum.

A. Cut the steel plate size: width 600-1320mm; thickness 0.6-1.4mm;
B. Production capacity: cutting 15 time/minute; Max. Cutting speed 50-60m/minute;
C. Total weight of the equipment: about 55 ton;
D. Total power of the equipment: 48KW;
E. Production level: cutting precision
Length: tolerance 0.5mm; diagonal: tolerance 1mm
a. Coil cart: driven by 3 in 1 motor, hydraulic up and down;
b. Uncoil unite: no power turning, hydraulic driving, coil inner diameter Ф508-Ф610mm; Maximum load-bearing 15 tons；
c. 7 roller leveler machine: 7 rollers leveling, motor speed adjustable by change frequency;
d. Measurement facility: the length and precision is controlled by A.C. service motor made in Japan;
e. Transporter: rollers conveyer。
f. Cover Pressing Machine (160Ton press) : to forming the cover and bottom by 2-160 Ton punch press, the raw material is coiling steel plate, loading and unloading is Auto operating. Unit power is 15KW.
g. Double Locking Pressing Machine: to locking the small cover by 63Ton punch press.
h. Pre curling & spray sealing glue machine: Before seaming, the drum top and bottom need pre-curl, at same time must spray glue to ensure the seaming quality.
i. Cutter: 3×2000mm ；PLC control. producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
