Product Description
Schneider Frequency converter ATV610
ATV610 Frequency converter is suitable for 380~415V three-phase asynchronous motor with power range of 0.75 to 160kW.
It can be widely used in standard load control systems. Compliance with IEC/EN 61800-3, IEC/EN 61000-4, IEC/EN60721-3, IEC/EN 61800-5-1 and other international standards.
Better adapt to harsh environment
● the cooling air path is completely separated from the PCB board to prevent dust and oil from entering the frequency converter control circuit
● PCB board adopts coating protection to protect electronic components more effectively
● strengthen the protection of busbar to prevent chemical gas corrosion
● add insulating paper to the power part to improve the insulation level
● it can operate in the range of - 15 ℃ to + 60 ℃
● version with additional top cover, the top protection grade can reach IP40
More concise and easy to use
● compact volume, convenient for installation and layout in the cabinet
● control circuit terminals shall be marked with color zones to avoid misoperation of wiring
● control panel installation kit, only one standard 22mm round hole is required to realize the installation of cabinet door
● multiple application macros cover 90% of standard fan and pump applications, plug and play, without modifying parameters
● it can be equipped with standard Chinese display control panel, simple and friendly operation interface, and can be quickly debugged without memorizing code
● the short menu covers common parameters
● the parameter configuration of one frequency converter can be copied to another frequency converter through the control panel
● quick start guide, clearly guiding installation, wiring and commissioning
● integrated multi pump function, no need to purchase multi pump card
It is more suitable for the application requirements of fan and pump control system
● built in EMC filter and DC reactor can suppress electromagnetic interference and harmonics without adding accessories
● rich built-in input and output terminals (6di / 3AI / 2ao / 3ro) are flexibly integrated into the automatic control system
● built in Modbus communication protocol and support PROFIBUS DP protocol
