Product Description
Four axis universal manipulator controllerLinear plane arc interpolation, palletizing, dispensing and cutting
The controller is developed based on CMC chip and supports 4-axis high-performance independent operation with G code programming.
Pneumatic controller. It provides 4-axis motor control output interface, 4-channel encoder input interface, 1-channel handwheel shaft, general I / O signal interface, high-speed PWM signal interface, 10 / 100M adaptive Ethernet interface, RS485, RS422, RS232, CANopen and other communication interfaces. At the same time, it also has ADC and DAC input and output interfaces, supports external SD card storage function, and has built-in fram and flash chips.
MCS-200 supports four axis three linkage, spatial linear interpolation, plane arc interpolation, jog jog, mechanical origin return, variable speed operation, linear acceleration and deceleration, S-curve acceleration and deceleration and other functions.
