Product Description
K210MCi CNC controller of milling machine
K210MCi is a popular milling machine numerical control system developed by Beijing Kandi company. The servo bus configuration can improve the machining accuracy when absolute encoder is selected. The whole series provides 4-axis CNC system, which can be configured with various boring and milling machines or other 3-4-axis mechanical equipment. Open PLC, perfect PLC program library, and provide various PLC customization schemes.

●The system adopts ARM9 microprocessor to realize high-speed and high-precision control. |
●Knd serial servo bus kssb (knd serial servo bus) is adopted, which has the advantages of simple connection, convenient maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. |
●There are two kinds of shape structures: k210mc1i and k210mc2i. |
●4-axis milling machine, drilling machine and boring machine control system, the minimum command unit is 0.001mm. |
●It adopts 8-inch TFT color LCD with a resolution of 800 × 600。 |
●The fast speed can be up to 60m / min and the feed speed can be up to 30m / min. |
●With open PLC, it supports ladder diagram display, online editing, signal diagnosis, signal tracking, etc., to meet the needs of secondary development. |
●Digital and analog interfaces are used for machine tools, and bus type remote I / O module expansion can be configured. |
●It has the functions of high speed and precision, breakpoint management, front acceleration and deceleration control, small segment pre reading and smoothing. |
●With industrial Ethernet function, it can manage the programs, parameters, tool compensation and macro variables of multiple systems at the PC end, and support Ethernet PLC debugging. |
●With the function of macro program B, it is convenient for users to develop complex process processing programs. |
●The servo drive parameters can be displayed and modified on the system side, and the servo drive status can be monitored in real time, which is convenient for machine tool debugging. |
●With Chinese input method, the program can be annotated in Chinese. |
●It supports 3D solid graphics function and can execute fast drawing verification program. |
●It is equipped with SD310 servo bus driver and connected with high-precision absolute value encoder. There is no need to turn on and return to zero and save travel switch. Optional grating ruler to realize full closed-loop control. |
●Supporting ZD210 servo bus spindle driver, it can realize the functions of high-precision indexing, high-speed tapping, fast positioning and so on. |
