K1000M(-)C(i) CNC controller of milling machine

K1000m (-) C (I) is a medium-grade numerical control system developed by Beijing Kandi company. It inherits the excellent tradition of the stability and reliability of the original k1000m system, increases the servo bus configuration, and can improve the machining accuracy when selecting the absolute encoder. The whole series provides 3-4 axis CNC system, which can be configured with various boring and milling machines, vertical and horizontal machining centers or other 3-4 axis mechanical equipment. Open PLC, perfect PLC program library, and provide various PLC customization schemes.

Product features

●The system adopts ARM9 microprocessor to realize high-speed and high-precision control.

●Knd serial servo bus kssb (knd serial servo bus) is adopted, which has the advantages of simple connection, convenient maintenance, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. (K1000M(-)Ci )

●There are six kinds of configuration:K1000M-Ci，K1000MC1i/K1000MC2i，K1000M-Ci、K1000MC1/K1000MC2

●4-axis milling machine, drilling machine, boring machine and machining center control. The minimum instruction unit is 0.001mm.

●It adopts 8-inch TFT color LCD with a resolution of 800 × 600。

●The fast speed can be up to 60m / min and the feed speed can be up to 30m / min.

●With open PLC, it supports ladder diagram display, online editing, signal diagnosis, signal tracking, etc., to meet the needs of secondary development.

●The digital and analog interfaces of the machine tool are extended through the bus type remote I / O module, and the maximum configurable point of di / do is 128 / 128.

●It has the functions of high speed and high precision, breakpoint management, front acceleration and deceleration control, small segment pre reading and smoothing, which is suitable for mold parts processing.

●Sd310 servo bus driver is equipped as standard, which is connected with high-precision absolute value encoder. There is no need to turn on and return to zero and save travel switch. Optional grating ruler to realize full closed-loop control. (K1000M(-)Ci )
