Product Understanding
Through research, we found that harmonic meshing is based on the geometric mapping theory of curve (surface), which is a new theory with independent intellectual property rights of our company, applied to harmonic reducer. The traditional theory is based on Willis theorem, that is, on this basis, the conjugate tooth profile is deduced, and the harmonic meshing is special, which is actually non-conjugate. Our theory has been optimized and expanded to make the meshing range wider and more in line with the actual situation of harmonic meshing.
All new "P" teeth
Our P tooth has the following advantages compared with similar foreign products:
(1) Low tooth height, do not need a deep meshing distance can obtain a large amount of meshing, can bear a large torque.
(2) The tooth width is larger, the radian of the tooth root increases, and the risk of fracture failure is reduced.
③ The life of the flexible wheel can be greatly improved because of the small deformation of the flexible wheel.
④ As many as 20% ~ 30% of teeth are engaged, and the specific pressure of tooth surface is small.
