Natural gas pure oxygen rotary furnace can produce gray iron castings, ductile iron castings, thick-walled castings, thin-walled castings, and has strong casting production applicability; It is composed of furnace body support and rotary drive device, frame and furnace body tilting hydraulic cylinder, burner and its rotating arm. The melting system of pure oxygen gas return reforming iron furnace is generally composed of liquid oxygen station, liquefied natural gas station (or pipeline natural gas supply system), burner circulating cooling water system, combustion measurement and control unit, return reforming iron furnace body, feeding device.
Work Principle of operation
The furnace body of rotary furnace is installed on the rotating frame, which can make the furnace body tilt in a certain angle range under the action of hydraulic cylinder to realize the process action such as charging, melting and dumping out slag. At the same time, the furnace body can rotate around its axis under the action of the transmission mechanism; the rotary motion improves the heating efficiency of the furnace, which is important for the superheating of the molten iron.

The burnout rate of elements such as silicon and manganese in the rotary iron furnace is equivalent to that of a coke-fired cupola. The content of carbon elements in the rotary furnace is decreasing, so it is necessary to dispense a certain amount of carbon enhancer (coke or graphite) in the charge.
