The electromagnetic induction melting furnace has a good development prospect and is used for induction heating of secondary heating, rolling, forging, bending, heat treatment (quenching), welding and other processes. So, what is the heat treatment technology of vacuum furnace and intermediate frequency furnace?


1. Nitrogen cannot be used as a cooling gas when titanium alloys are processed in a vacuum furnace, because titanium and nitrogen will react at high temperatures to form golden titanium nitride.


2. The movable connection part of the vacuum furnace is sealed with an O-ring, and this part is cooled with water.


3. When the workpiece is quenched in vacuum, vacuum quenching oil should be used, and its saturated vapor pressure is low.


4. The maintenance of the vacuum melting furnace should be in the state of vacuum or pure nitrogen to avoid suction and moisture absorption when not in use.


5. The boost rate of the domestic vacuum furnace should not be greater than 1.33Pa/h, and the standard of some foreign companies is 0.67Pa/h


6. Vacuum heating is mainly radiation, and the workpiece should be kept apart in the furnace.


7. During the heating process, the workpiece and the materials in the furnace will be outgassed, which will reduce the vacuum degree.


8. The vacuum belt annealing furnace shall have a rapid cooling device. The pressure of cooling water should be greater than 0.2mpa, and the flow should be adjustable.


The coil itself does not generate heat, the thermal inertia is low, the temperature of the inner and outer walls of the barrel is consistent, the temperature control is accurate in real time, and the product quality is significantly changed. The power used matches the production, the thermal inertia is small, the power saving efficiency is high, and the power saving rate is 30%, generally above 30%-80%. The electromagnetic induction type aluminum melting furnace has a short preheating time, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
