HV-1000A Digital Display Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
Main Features:
The HV-1000A Micro Vickers Hardness Tester adopts a monolithically cast shell. The punching and alignment adopts a knife-type straight-through to ensure the concentricity of various hole positions, which is good for the high precision and high stability of the machine basis. The hardness tester light source adopts a special high-quality imaging light source system on the metallographic microscope, and the brightness of the light field is uniform and clear, thereby reducing the measurement error of the printing indentation. The operation interface adopts a menu-style humanized structure, and the hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel, the hardness value of the test is input, and the display is manually input. Various hardness values can be converted to each other. The objective lens and the indenter are automatically converted and positioned, which has the advantages of high efficiency and easy operation.

1. The new machine adopts the filter type LED new light source, the image is clear and does not hurt the eye, adapts to various products (some special products can not be imaged in the same industry), long life (can provide three years to replace the new machine for free).
2. The positioning of the new machine is more precise with the three-point card position, and the repeated dot position is not offset.
3. The new machine support shrapnel adopts imported special customized materials with high toughness, high fatigue resistance and not easy to deform (can provide three years of free replacement of new shrapnel).

The new machine operation interface adopts humanized format, the digital area and function are divided into columns, the face keys are clearly marked in both Chinese and English, and the menu has Chinese and English language switching display function, which is suitable for convenient operation by many nationals.
