This machine is mainly used for various pipe ring stiffness, flexibility and flat, Central test, based on customers ' special needs can also increase tensile, compression, bending, and functional tests, is a multifunctional electronic universal testing machine.
2. Main unit
2..1 The machine uses double floor-space structure, driven by servo motor, servo motor drives the mobile beam moves up and down through a transmission mechanism to achieve the test loading process. Divided into two models lower for tensile, upper for compression,upper for tensile, lower for compression, double space. lifting beams can variable speed.
2.2 Arc belt wheel and ball screw drive is smooth seamless transmission, resulting in strain rate test force and precise control, smooth transmission, fast response, low noise.
2.3 The upper end of the screw is provided with optical encoder, which is used to move the beam displacement detection, high resolution, anti-interference ability.
3. Feature:
This series of testing machine use computer control the test ,servo motor to drive high-precision lead screw, so that drive beams up and down. It has the protective function when over-voltage, over-current or overloading. It is mainly used for plastic pipe stiffness with a circular cross-section and flat detection tests. Therefore, it is the absolutely necessarily testing instruments for every section in institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.
