The sleeve specification requires a product certificate, and the appearance quality and thread standards should comply with the regulations. Estimates, micrometers and thread plug gauges are selected for testing.
The compressive strength of the building steel bar material conforms to the design scheme and the standard. The steel bar specification error is within the allowable range. If the lower error is too large, the diameter will be reduced or not round. During the production and processing of the wire head, the main parameters of the production and processing must be controlled within the allowable error range. The diameter of the rib stripping, the thread rolling head, the knife ring, the extrusion stroke arrangement, etc. must be adjusted accurately according to the specifications of the steel bar before the production and processing can be started. After the stainless steel wire head is produced and processed, the appearance quality is checked and checked one by one with vernier calipers, stoppers and thread ring gauges around the end.
