Product Description
The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with double-head cutting and dual-frequency modulation functions, one direction is for cutting leafy vegetables, and the other is for cutting bulbs stems.
Vegetables can be sliced (thickness can be customized), shredded (thickness can be customized), cut into sections and strips (length can be adjusted), and diced (small or large size can be customized).
Conveyor belt speed and rotating knife speed of leafy vegetables are adjusted by frequency converter, both of which can be independently adjusted and worked at the same time.
By changing the cutter head or dual-frequency modulation to adjust the speed of the conveyor belt and chopper, you can cut out a variety of specifications of slices, silk, and dicing.
The machine has multiple functions, powerful functions, high output, convenient cutter head replacement, simple operation, easy to clean.

Scope Of Application
Mainly suitable for cutting slices, shreds, and dices of radishes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, taro, bamboo shoots, onions, eggplants, apples, ginger, and many other melons and fruits, such as potato chips, french fries, shredded radish, etc. Leafy vegetables: Cut into sections and shreds of Chinese cabbage, celery, etc. It is suitable for central kitchen operators, canning factories, rapid freezing factories, dry food processing, agricultural products processing, pickle processing factories, lunch boxes, and school restaurant operators.
