Non-corrosive Radar Level Meter 120G/80GHz RL807 for Food and Medical Applications
The radar level meter antenna emits a very narrow microwave pulse, which propagates in space at the speed of light. When it encounters the surface of the measured medium, part of its energy is reflected back and received by the same antenna. The time interval between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the medium to be measured. Because of the extremely high propagation velocity of electromagnetic wave, the time interval between transmitting pulse and receiving pulse is very small (nanosecond). The 120G/80GHz RL series radar level meter adopts a special correlation solution technology, which can accurately identify the time interval between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse, so as to further calculate the distance between the antenna and the measured dielectric surface.

-the wavelength is shorter, so it is more suitable for measuring the material level of small particles.

-using pulse working mode, the radar level meter has extremely low transmitting power and can be installed in various metal and non-metallic containers without harm to the human body and the environment.
