Pneumatic Tubular Forms Used for Making Concrete Culvert Formwork
Pneumatic tubular forms can be used for the in-situ cast concrete pipes like sewerlines, drainage or for making precast elements when the tradiotional systems are not convenient or are not available.
Designation:
Inflatable rubber balloon, is also called pneumatic rubber mandrel, rubber air bladder, airbags, rubber core mold etc.
It is used for concrete pre-casting formwork projects.
Material:
It is comprised by rubber mandrel, a three-way valve and a 0.1mpa pressure gage.
The rubber mandrel is formed by three layers:
The inner lay is high srength synthetic polymer fabric, to withstand force skeleton and prevent the mandrel from unlimited expansion.
The outside layers are vulcanized synthetic rubber.
