Briquetted high sugar decolorizing activated carbon
Using the optimized low ash and low sulfur bituminous coal, advanced grinding and re molding briquetting process, it has high strength and excellent activity. Using strict steam activation process, it has high specific surface area and optimized pore size to adsorb color molecules and odor molecules in the solution.
It is used for syrup refining and decolorization, as well as purification and decolorization of various other water-soluble organic liquids.

4 Set/set External heat rotary carbonization furnace
External heating rotary carbonization furnace: our company has four carbonization furnaces, which adopt external heating to stably control the temperature without material ablation. The external heating high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly carbonization furnace independently developed by the company's technical team is an international initiative. It is the first energy-saving and environment-friendly carbonization furnace in China to realize large-scale production and self heat balance.
24 Sets SLEP activation furnace
Stepple activation furnace: real time monitoring of production parameters; Use waste heat technology to save energy and cost. Our company has 24 activation furnaces in total: among them, 23 activation furnaces produce liquid-phase adsorption activated carbon, and the other one is used to produce activated coke (i.e. desulfurization and denitration activated carbon).
