3.1 The machine consists of unwinding , gas-liquid auto-correction , transmission, pulling and laminating, slitting, rolling, waste agencies, tension control device and electrical control components.
3.2 Function:Laminate the raw material with another material, and then slit to number of independent unit. The working principle is fix the raw material at the unwinding shaft, there is a magnetic powder cluth at one side of the unwinding shaft to control the raw material tension, Use a pair of rubble roller to laminating and pulling the raw material and the need laminating material, through the knife cutting to number of unit, through the guide bars pulling to the rewinding shaft, and rewinding the finished products. When A shaft full, then use the B shaft. Or A and B rewinding together .
