Asiazyme MA


Description

Mannan is a wide existing anti-nutritional factor in feed ingredients such as soya bean meal and peanut meal. Asiazyme MA is a powder form thermostable mannanase produced by submerged fermentation and particular downstream processing technology, specifically used for degrading mannan in feed ingredients and improving the utilization rate of nutrients for animals. The product can be applied for pelleting temperature up to 90℃. 


Functions and Effects

1. Eliminate ANF mannan, reduce chyme viscosity, and improve nutrients digestion rate and absorption rate. 

2. Improve utilization to feed ingredients especially oil seed meal such as soybean meal, sunflower meal, rapeseed meal etc.

3. Monnose Oligosaccharides(MOS), degradation product of mannanase, can inhibit growth of anaerobic microorganism colony, reduce occurrence of intestinal disease and improve immunity of animals.

4. Enhance protein synthesis and lean meat percentage, and promote animal growth.


Caution

This product may cause dermal and respiratory irritation and/or sensitivity. Appropriate protective equipment must be worn during handling.

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool dry environment without exposure to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12months from production date, can be extended in original package stored under 25℃.
