Description

Asiazyme KE is a keratinase enzyme preparation developed according to characteristics of animal by-product raw materials and their different processing methods. Asiazyme KE mainly composed of endonuclease, exonuclease and other components. It can hydrolyse feather keratin, decomposition of macromolecule proteins into required peptide, small peptide, amino acid products, to improve product yield , Solubility, flavor, taste. It can be widely used to make high quality food ingredients, biochemical pharmaceutical, and feed.  

Application

 Hydrolysis poultry feather, swine and cattle hair produce animal protein feed. 

 Feather powder hydrolysis produce high level protein feed. 

 Hydrolysis animal hair produce compound amino acids.

Storage

The product should be stored in a cool dry environment without exposure to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12months from production date, can be extended in original package stored under 25℃.

The manufacturing plant has been authorized by the China authority for food, feed additive production, and has been certified of GMP+, ISO 9001:2015, ISO22000-2006 (HACCP), to control the quality through the whole production procedure.
