ZBL-P8100 Pile integrity tester
P8100 Foundation Pile Dynamic Detector is used to assess the integrality of concrete pile and identify the extent and location of the pile detect by using the reflected wave method.
It can be used for testing perfusion pile and hammer pile and also for testing the exposed top surface of constructions such pillars.
The ZBL-P8100 is pile integrity tester provided with 2 channels of data acquisition and can acquire data from an accelerometer or an instrumented hammer or from two accelerometers.

2.True 24 bi A/D data acquisition, the rest waveform is more real, to avoid the noise and signal distortion caused by large floating point amplification
3.1MHz high speed data acquisition, the minimum sampling time resolution of 1μs,can provide more useful information, more conducive to the discovery of shallow defects;
4.Double channel design, allows use the special detection method
5. A new processing method of wavelet analysis, can be more accurate in complex situations of pile integrity judgement
6. Double injection molding, beautiful appearance, small volume, light weight;
7. Waterproof casing, anti shock design, adapt to the harsh environment
8.Semi transparent, high brightness, TFT color LCD screen, more clearly in the sun
