WSC-300 Microcomputer Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Tester
Product Description
Microcomputer Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Tester is used for tensile stress relaxation test of prestressed steel wire, steel strand, PC steel bar and metal material; isothermal stress relaxation test; stress relaxation test period ≥1000h.
The isothermal stress relaxation test is to maintain the sample from the initial force F0, determine the change in force on the sample; stress relaxation test period 100h ~ 1000h can be set. Relaxation rate, dedicated stress relaxation tester software, which can perform functions such as uniform rate loading, force retention, and strain retention.

2. | The speed control system adopts servo motor and speed governor which is stable and reliable performance. It has protection devices such as overcurrent, overvoltage and overload. |
3. | The transmission part adopts arc synchronous toothed belt, precision ball screw auxiliary transmission, stable transmission, low noise and high transmission efficiency. |
