K30 Plate load tester

APPLICATION:

The Plate Load Tester is a field equipment for determining the ultimate bearing capacity of soil and the likely settlement under a given load. The Plate Load Tester applies a load on a steel plate placed at the foundation level and recording the settlements corresponding to each load increment. It’s kind of common road testing equipment.

The test of the foundation coefficient of fine-grained soil and soil-filled compacted subgrade and base layer can also be used to calculate the deformation modulus of uniform foundation soil.

BASIC STRUCTURE:
1. Loading system: It is composed of loading plate, jack, high-pressure tubing of manual pump, etc., and the positioning line for jack is engraved on the loading plate.
2. Bridge measurement: it is composed of a support, a beam, a dial indicator and a bracket. The beam can be raised and lowered along the two support columns to adjust the height.
