Usage Overview
This series of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges intelligently use pulse-echo and echo-echo detection technology. The advanced digital signal processing chip greatly improves the detection accuracy and greatly improves the yield in the production process. The thickness gauge uses a high-resolution true-color LCD screen, and a highly “human-machine” operating system will provide users an extraordinary experience. The thickness gauge is suitable for measuring the thickness of metals (such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), plastics, ceramics, glass, fiberglass, and any other good conductor of ultrasonic waves. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields.

1.High-precision thickness measurement: With zero-point calibration and two-point calibration functions, system errors can be automatically corrected; the speed of sound can be reversed based on known thicknesses to improve measurement accuracy.
2.Scan mode: real-time display of the maximum and minimum values of the measured material.
3.Communication and storage: USB interface can communicate with upper computer to realize online measurement of thickness measurement data, TF card storage.
4.Thickness measurement of through-coating: The powerful thickness measurement function of through-coating which could avoid the tedious preparation work of hard grinding. And it only needs treat a slight coating surface for testing thickness measurement easily.
5.Accurate measurement value: 0.1 /0.01mm resolution. High-precision measurement circuit guarantees 0.1/0.01mm or 0.01/0.001inch resolution in the entire measurement range.
6.Display interface: 2.4-inch (320 * 240) true color LCD screen as the display interface, the backlight brightness is adjustable, and the screen is automatically turned off.
