STA-200 Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer is the combination of thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It can get TG, DTA or DSC information of the same sample in one measurement.
Measure and study characteristics of materials as follow:
DSC: Melt, crystal, phase transition, react temperature, react heat, combustion heat, specific heat and so on;
TG: Heat stability, decomposition, redox, adsorption and desorption, content of free water and crystal water, calculation of proportion of ingredients and so on;
Structure advantage:
★ Furnace heater made from precious metal nicochrome, reducing interference and stronger resistance to heat;
★ Tray sensor made of precious metal nicochrome, with advantages of resistance to high temperature, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion;
★ Electricity supplying system and circulating heat dissipation system separate from the main machine , reducing the effort of heat and vibration on the micro thermal balance;
★ Adopts up-openable cover structure, convenient to operate;
★ The main machine adopts heat insulation device to isolate the heat effort from the heating furnace to the micro thermal balance;
Advantages of Controller and Software:
★ Adopts imported 32-bit ARM processor with Coretex-M3 core, rapid sampling and processing speed;
★ 24-bit four-path sampling AD acquires DSC signal, TG signal and temperature signal;
★ Electricity-supplying and water circulating system adopts separate 8-bit chip to separately control; so the machine and the cooling part are separated without relative interference;
★ USB both-way telecommunication between the software and the machine, setting of parameters and running status of the machine can be carried out on PC;
★ 7inch full-color 24 bit touch screen, better human-machine interface;
★ The calibration of TG can be carried out on touch screen.
