HYYW-90 Sale Spray Tester is used to determine the resistance to deterioration from salt mist of specimens of similar construction. It is used for evaluating the quality and the uniformity of materials surfaces. This machine conforms to ISO 9227, ASTM B117, DIN 50021, GB/T 2423.17, GB/T 2423.18, etc.
Test Chamber
1.Chamber is made of light grey PVC sheet in 5mm thickness
2.Chamber cover adopts transparent acrylic sheet, 5mm thick, high temperature resistant
3.Air saturator is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, with high pressure resistance and good heat preservation effect
4. With two-layer specimen support, can randomly adjust the placing angle and height of specimens (the specimen support can be customized according to customers’ requirement
Heating & Spraying System
1.Adopts U-shaped alloy heating tube, fast to heat, with resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, long service life
2.Use tower type atomizer, the height can be adjusted
3.Special quartz glass nozzle, the spray angle and quantity of fog can be adjusted
4.Spray mode: continuous and intermittent selectable
5.Timing range: 0~9999h
6.Large salt solution reservoir to support 72h continuous spraying while no needing of adding salt solution
7.Automatic or manual water supply system selectable,
