AT394-12 Lab Mini Single Screw 3D-Filament Drawing System
AT394-12 Lab Mini Single Screw 3D-Filament Drawing System is specially designed and manufactured to study the proportion of raw materials in the lab or for 3D printing, with the features of light, small and composite function. A special screw rod with 12mm in the diameter can solve the problems of the difficulty to charge material and the facility to break for thin screw rod. The screw rod also have the adjustable mixing function. It is easy to disassembly and clean the cavity and the screw rod. There is a cooling function in the core of material-feeding zone in the screw rod and nitrogen-inlet port on the material-feeding port. Parameters of drawing quantity and external diameter are adjustable. Various parameters of the machine can be customized according to the user’s requirement.

Screw rod made of high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation material;
Composite screw rod with effective length up to 270mm; the core of screw rod at the feeding section has the cooling function;
Cavity made of anti-corrosion and high temperature resistance material;
Detachable screw rod and cavity to observe and get the material melt and polymerized on the different places of the screw rod and easy to clean;
PLC control and manual operation;
Four heating zones with meters to control relative temperature;
Be applicable to materials of wide range in lab; with different replaceable dies (optional), it can extrude material of different wire diameter;
Water cooling system with a heating zone with PID controlling of temperature up to 100℃ and a circulating water pump resistant to 100℃; total power up to 300W, rapid to heat;
Maximum production speed up to 4m/min;
Drafting system consists of a pair of mini crawler belts (20mm in width, 24mm in radius and 57mm in center distance) and two brushless motors;
Winding System with the winding and wobbing functions; adjustable winding and wobbing speed; driven by brushless motor; be applicable to various wire coils whose inner core is move than 10mm and easy to operate;
Little floor area; used on the experiment table or in the fume hood;quantity and external diameter are adjustable. Various parameters of the machine can be customized according to the user’s requirement.
