HY0174 Yarn Friction Tester is used to determine yarn friction properties. It is suitable for determination of dynamic friction coefficient of chemical fiber filament and other material yarns. It is also can be used to determine friction coefficient of roller and other textile accessories.
1. Detecting and analyzing seldom-occurring yarn faults, and classifying yarn faults
2. Controlled by CAN-bus mode, the testing system is stable, reliable and better anti-interferential.
3. Scatter diagram show the distribution of yarn faults exactly, which enables precise setting of yarn clearers.
4. It can set the clearing channel, and detect the yarn length automatically.
5. It can cut faults of specified channel, and have clearing function according to the channel.
6. Detecting yarn count (yarn count monitoring), when has trouble, it will give alarm in time.
