On the basis of our regular typr of food preservation nitrogen generator and traditional PSA nitrogen generator,we re-designed every process to reflect the reasonable of entire system, to optimize nitrogen technology, By repeated testing, we have developed the energy saving series food preservation nitrogen generator successfully, Compared to the normal nitrogen generator system, it reduces straight down the energy consumption by 50%.
2. The demand for compressed air is only 50% of the normal type of nitrogen generator,greatly reducing the energy consumption and conpressor cost.
3. The air compressor configuration of electricity demand is leass and normal, 220V electric power id suitable, it solves the user doesn;t have 380V supply concern.
4. Compared to the normal type of nitrogen generator,this new system nitrogen gas purity and flow are both stable, this design makes the system achieve more stable with low comsumption, all the technical indicators are qualifiled.
