This animal intestine cleaning machine pig intestine cleaning machine is mainly used for washing and cleaning pigs and sheep small intestines. Structure and composition:
This machine mainly comprises a base, an electric motor, a reduction gear box, a sprocket chain transmission device, a belt pulley transmission device and a casing scraping device, wherein the electric motor and the reduction gear box are located at the bottom of the machine base, and the casing scraping device is located at the top of the machine base, the motor, The gearbox and the casing scraping device are connected by a sprocket, a chain, a belt and a pulley.
Working principle:
The Intestine Washing Machine is adjacent to the large rubber roller and located obliquely above the large rubber roller with a gap therebetween. Simply feed the pig and sheep small intestine into the gap between the large rubber roller and the scraper and the gap between the two small rubber rollers to process a reliable casing.
