Introduction of mung bean sprouter:
This kind of Mung bean sprouter can shorten the growth cycle of bean sprouts, especially in winter or low temperature room. Which can shorten half or more time cycle, you can harvest after 3-4days. it greatly avoid the bacterial infection, hit chance. Therefore, the rotten sprout, cooked bud, bacterial tinea, and vicious cycle rotten sprout will be controlled effectively.
There is no chemical additive in the production, a pure green vegetables! It’s widely apply for households, dining room, supermarket, restaurant, hotel, etc.
This machine adopts the ozone sterilization technology. Durable usage, automatic temperature control, automatic water spray, achieved full automatic production.With good quality, short production cycle to reduce bad bud phenomenon, save labor, it dose not need a professional person to care it, convenient operation, no noise, no pollution etc. Farmers could grow green fodder all 12 months in the whole year, no matter the weather condition.
Function of mung bean sprouter:
It is suit for most grains and seeds sprouting and growing. Like: barely grass, wheat grass, alfalfa grass, oats, sunflowers, mung beans, soybeans, vegetable,etc.
1kg seeds can get about 7-12kg final product.
Features of mung bean sprouter:
--- Machine material: the machine body adopts stainless steel, aluminum alloy framework. Inner tank is thermal insulation, waterproof and rustproof.
--- Independent electrical plate (computer) can achieve: water less alarms, automatic adding water in tank.
--- Automatic water-spraying pipes, crossed spraying evenly, guarantees everywhere can be sprayed.
--- The water tank is all thicken and king-size with S304 stainless steel. Most small factories use plastic board to save cost.
--- Sprout box: the material is LLDPE, food safety standard, avirulent insipidity, strong and no deformation,discoloration, high strength of bearing string shape of enlongated dale. The sprouts won’t plug the hole of the box, no standing water, good permeable effect, to prevent the sprouts for high humidity. Life time could be 6~10 years.

Production Process of mung bean sprouter:
Select high-quality beans --- Washed and sterilize beans --- Soaking with water (suitable temperature) --- Installment (each containing about 5 kg dry beans) --- Start with sprouts machine, set a reasonable parameter --- Aseptic process of bean sprout box --- Observe the growth of sprouts after 1 day --- Observe the growth of sprouts after 2 days --- Observe the situation after 3 days --- Harvest sprouts at the fourth day morning --- Cleaning --- Packaging --- Marketing
