MBBR-BAF packaged wastewater treatment plant
This compact wastewater treatment equipment as follows: after the wastewater homogenized and equalized in the E.Q tank, it is transported to the MBBR unit through the lift pump.
The compact MBBR treatment unit is sterilized by anaerobic, aerobic and BAF.Then, the wastewater is disinfected and discharge.
The sludge is removed by BAF(biological aeration filter) when backwashing the BAF unit and meanwhile,BAF also acts as another biological process.
Sludge flows to sludge tank and dewatered by sludge filter directly.

1. It can treat comprehensive wastewater and similar organic wastewater.
2. Shorter HRT makes its footprint 20% smaller than competitors.Longer lifespan reduced operation and maintenance cost.
3. It has no nitrifying water and sludge backflow in the process, which not only saves equipment investment, but also reduces energy consumption and operating costs;
4. We integrated BAF equipment,which reduced sediment process and sludge volumn.
